The thesis deals with a marketing stratégy inovation focusing on community event „Day of Princesses“. Theoretical part defines terms related to organizing non-profit organization, marketing and marketing strategies. Further, it decribes marketing analyzes which are assembled in the second part of this work. Final section of the thesis is develoted to own resolution proposals, which should lead to improvement of current situation.

This Bachelor´s Thesis deals with marketing research focused on customers satisfaction of Wellness studio Zdeňka company. A questionnaire is used as the basic instrument of marketing research within this work. The questionnaire concentrates on customers satisfaction with marketing mix of the company. On the basis of gained information from the questionnaire and conducted analyses, this work suggests set of proposals for customer satisfaction improvement.
Marketing Mix of Language School Presto

The thesis is focused on the analysis of current marketing mix of the Presto language school, especially on its marketing mix of language courses for the public. On the basis of acquired information, it presents recommendations for possible improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis emphasizes service marketing mix, and explains its components. The following parts analyse the outer environment of the language school, as well as its current marketing mix, and bring suggestions for enhancement of the marketing mix of language courses for the public.

This master's thesis deals with customer satisfaction issues of selected Thai restaurant in Brno. Using relevant methods are proposed appropriate measures to increase the current level of customers' satisfaction. Marketing research is used to do this, and it is conducted using a questionnaire survey. Based on the data capture, the data are being analysed and they provide input for evaluating and setting up suggestions to increase total customer satisfaction level.

Title: Marketing Research of Customer satisfaction in FITcentrum Chrudim Objectives: Thesis "Marketing Research of Customer satisfaction in FITcentrum Chrudim" is in its final form a very important source of marketing information system of management in a medium-sized fitness center in Chrudim. Its aim is to determine customer satisfaction with products depending on their initial expectations. Acquired views, comments and criticisms of the provided services helped us to assess the state of the sports organization on the basis of which a proposal was submitted for possible improvement. Methods: The study is based on theoretical knowledge related to the selected topic. Marketing research based on the method of survey was one of the most frequently used methods for enquiring about customer satisfaction. Results of the individual questions of the questionnaire are shown in the graphs. Based on their interpretation, the state and operations of the surveyed organization was assessed. To obtain information about the operation of FITcentrum Chrudim, a semi- structured interview was conducted with the owner. Management and outsourcing of ski courses of secondary schools

Title: Management and outsourcing of ski courses for secondary schools Objectives: The aim is to build a case study of a fictitious company whose business is the organization of ski courses for secondary schools using outsourcing. This objective is achieved through market research that identifies the view on the issue of headteachers at Czech secondary schools. Methods: A quantitative method of questioning was used for the research, which took place in both written and electronic form. The case study of a fictitious company uses a marketing mix of services as a tactical tool. Results: The assembled case study of a fictitious company, based on the results of an investigation, is a concrete plan for the first year of its existence. The company is able to provide the organization at a competitive price level to existing ski courses at secondary schools. For quantitative methods were used polling, for qualitative were used observation and interview. Results: The results are shown in graphs, tables, and cross classification. Bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of marketing strategy of the ECDL Test Centre at MENDELU in Brno. The first part explains the technical issues of the creation of a marketing strategy consisting of characteristics of the marketing mix of services, individual parts of situational analysis and marketing research. The second part then deals with specific analyses applied to the ECDL Test Centre and the result of questionnaire research. The outputs obtained are used to design an effective marketing strategy.
Marketing Plan of Fitness and Wellness Center - Fit Effect

Title: Marketing plan of fitness and wellness center Fit Effect. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a situational analysis of the marketing plan of fitness and wellness center Fit Effect and to propose measures for improvement in the following years. Furthermore, use the analysis to identify weaknesses in the activities of fitness and wellness center and make suggestions for improvement in certain areas. Methods: Document analysis was used to obtain secondary data from internal and external sources. Porter's five forces model was used for micro-environment analysis. PEST analysis was used for macro-environment analysis. The competition analysis was performed by comparing fitness centers according to selected criteria around Fit Effect. Results: Porter's five forces model revealed the driving forces in the industry affecting club activity. As a result, the threats identified are substitutes, the bargaining power of customers and the competition from businesses in the industry. Opportunity is a challenging market for the entry of new competitors and the bargaining power of subordinate suppliers.
